Apply to be a vendor for Old Milford Porchfest this year. Vendors will be located at Five Points and must be there prior the event kickoff for the required day-of inspection from the City of Milford.

Requirements and Agreements:

I understand that Old Milford Porchfest is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees will not be refunded if you do not show up.

I agree to comply with all City of Milford requirements for vendors/food trucks including a day of inspection.

I understand the event begins at 12pm and I will need to arrive for the inspection before the event begins.

I will provide a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Old Milford Porchfest as additionally insured.
