COMBO BAND/HOSTS
COMBINATIONBAND/HOST
APPLICATION
Are you a musician who has already connected with a host? A host who has already connected with a musician? A musician who can also be a host? You’ll want to apply on this combination band/host form.
Only use the combination form if there is already agreement from both parties that the host and band are able and willing to participate.
Please complete the form to apply as both a band and Porch Host at Old Milford Porchfest this year.
Combination Band / Porch Host responsibilities include:
1. Porch Host agrees to provide covered porch/tent/garage for musician/band assigned at the assigned time.
2. Musician/Band agrees to perform at the assigned host porch on the day of Porchfest at an assigned time. 3. Porch Host and musician/band will coordinate about the logistics of the performance (i.e. space needed, equipment, electricity needs, etc.). 4. Porch Host and musician/band will participate rain or shine.
5. Porch Hosts will be available on location for the entirety of the time assigned.
6. Porch host confirms that they have communicated intent to participate as a host with neighbors on either side of their porch.
7. Some homeowners, at their discretion, may elect to purchase additional liability insurance for the day of the event. Please reach out to your insurance provider for details and a recommendation.
